Faculty at Large offer classes or workshops.  Sometimes we pay them, sometimes they pay Molly, sometimes no money changes hands.

Molly only makes distinctions between teacher and student in the vaguest of ways.  After all, any teacher knows they learn more from their students then students learn from them.  That was true thirty years ago, when it was clear (or clearer anyway) that you needed to go through the linear progression of education to succeed.  Now, when teenagers become tycoons and traditional gates between student and professional barely exist, school can be a place where people learn and grow together, a village rather than a factory.

Ideally Faculty at Large offer something with signature, time and presence only they can provide
